Most items we sell are guaranteed to work and be complete unless stated otherwise. 

By buying or bidding you agree to the following terms.

  1. What you bid is all you pay. There are NO EXTRA FEES or BUYERS PREMIUM!
  2. Payment is expected within 3 days of your winning bid! You have until Saturday January 30th @ 6pm to pickup and pay for your items! We are open for Pickups for this event Thursday to Saturday from 11am until 6pm.
  3. Paid for items not picked up in the time allowed will incurr a storage fee of $5 per day, after the 7 day period. If an item is unclaimed after 30 days we will assume you have abandoned the item with we will relist that lot. There are NO REFUNDS!
  4. Item pickup is at our Warehouse Space in The Lockers at 350 New Center Rd, Sevierville, TN 37876. UNIT 54. We are the 4th unit on the right as you come in the first entrance. The side with White Garage Doors.
  5. Items not picked up or paid for by the end of the pickup date above, will be relisted and sold in our next auction event. 
  6. Once an item closes and you are the highest bidder, the item is now yours. It is your responsiblity to complete payment and pick up your purchase. Buyers that don't pay for or pickup items in the time allowed will be required to keep a deposit on file to bid again. Do not bid unless you know 100% you can pick up your item(s) should you win in the time frame listed above! 
  7. Payments accepted are Cash, and Cards Payment. Cash is preferred, however if you need to use plastic we change a 5% service fee on all credit card payments.
