PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING or PURCHASING!

Most items we sell are guaranteed to work and be complete unless stated otherwise. Items with a guarantee may be returned within 14 days for a full refund.

By buying or bidding you agree to the following terms.

1. What you bid is all you pay. There are NO EXTRA FEES or BUYERS PREMIUM!
2. You are required to picked up your items no later than MONDAY NOV 2nd. We are open for Pickups for this event on Friday 10/30 to Monday 11/2 following the end of this auction from 10am until 6pm.
3. Item pickup is at our Warehouse Space in The Lockers at 350 New Center Rd, Sevierville, TN 37876. UNIT 54. We are the 4th unit on the right as you come in the first entrance. The side with White Garage Doors.
4. Items not picked up or paid for by the end of the pickup date above, will be relisted and sold in our next auction event. 
5. This is not Walmart, if you bid or commit to buy an item you are expected to complete the purchase. If you don't pay for or pickup your items, then your access to this site will be removed. Do not bid unless you know 100% you can pick up your item(s) should you win in the time frame listed above! Non-payment buyers will be blocked from bidding or purchasing in future auctions.
6. Payments accepted are Cash, and Cards Payment. Cash is preferred, however if you need to use plastic we change a 5% service fee on all credit card payments.
